PRDX COVID Policy

PRDX is on an unstoppable mission to co-create a new paradigm of harmonious leadership and is choosing to run our PRDX in-person programs with the understanding that the ever-evolving COVID-19 pandemic poses additional risks.

The following are a list of precautions that PRDX is committed to taking, and as a rule we will follow CDC and local public health guidelines. Please consider your own situation before deciding to participate. We ask that each participant take responsibility for their part in upholding the policies and fostering as safe an environment as possible during our programs.

Program Attendees, please send us:

  • COVID test results from a test within 3 days of the start date (a rapid test is fine). In the case that you test positive we can provide you a partial refund that covers the tuition part of your enrollment (typically 25% of the total cost) or we can transfer those funds to a future program.

Mitigation:

  • Limited Group Size: We will limit the total number of individuals present to 30 (including team members).

  • Physical Contact: We will provide a system for individuals to opt-out of physical contact outside of sessions if desired.

  • Outdoor Sessions: We will hold our workshop sessions and eat our meals outside when weather permits.

  • Indoor Masks and Precautions: We will leave it to each person’s discretion to choose whether to wear masks in indoor common spaces. Should COVID rates begin to spike, we maintain the right to require all participants and staff to wear masks in indoor common spaces.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you contract COVID before the start of the retreat, please send us your positive test and we will refund the cost of tuition (typically 25% of the program cost) or apply those funds to a future program.

  • You’re also welcome to transfer your program spot to someone else at any time until the start of the program, at no extra cost.

  • If we have to cancel the program due to an unforeseen COVID-related event, we will refund you the full program amount or transfer your funds to a future retreat.

Collective Responsibility

We are sharing this plan clearly with all attendees before registration. Please consider whether you are willing to fully commit to these agreements and take responsibility for your decision to participate.
