Hi, I’m Adriana Robertson.
When I think about the moments in my life that have been the most meaningful, they’re always the rawest and most vulnerable ones. The moments in which I’ve reconnected with some part of myself or another person that had been lost or hidden beneath layers—the moments in which wholeness is reclaimed, both individually and together. That’s probably why I’ve never been good at small talk; my heart wants to get to the essence of who we are and why we’re here, how we’re growing and what we’re most deeply yearning for.
This has driven my life’s work in the world: creating more wholeness. Creating wholeness happens at an individual level within people and at a team and community level through authentic inclusion and belonging.
The work of reclaiming wholeness touches me personally because I have experienced a tremendous amount of not feeling enough in my life. Being bi-cultural, I often feel like I’m on the outside looking in—even when I’m part of dominant groups. I’ve learned to be a bit of a chameleon, but have always had this longing in my heart to be seen for all of who I am. It feels as if something truer and deeper within me is calling me to share my full self.
A huge part of my journey has been releasing the stories I have taken on about who I am—those I told myself, and especially those that were told to me by others and/or our society. One of those stories was that, as a Peruvian-American woman, I wasn’t smart enough to succeed as an entrepreneur or to develop a research-backed leadership curriculum used by some of the most innovative leaders and companies in the world.
Becoming a Harvard Leadership Trainer, International Development Leader, and Coach over the past 10 years has given me the skills and experiences I’ve needed to reclaim many different pieces of myself and support others (and the journey continues!) Now, as Co-Founder of PRDX, I get to know and express more of my true wholeness every day as I support leaders in cultivating belonging and flow in their lives, relationships, and teams.
I am in love with the experiences of true presence that we co-create at PRDX, where each of us can feel our deeper and truer selves coming together. I have always found that the most profound way to cultivate wholeness is being held in authentic relationships and community.
It lights me up to foster environments where people can discover and come into relationships with all aspects of themselves and one another. Connecting deeply with others gives me a doorway to experience and know more of myself, and the more whole I am, the more energy and desire I have to contribute to the community and supporting others.
If you’re still reading here, congratulations, from now on I will always invite you to join me in saying (to whatever stories you’ve been told): “NO THANKS, I’M GOOD.”

In past startups I've co-founded, I've often tried to find some perfect way to present myself in my bio. Now, I know that's not possible.
For one, I'm not perfect.
And second, there's no way to share who a human being is in a block of 500 characters. So, rather than falling into an Imposter Syndrome trap of trying to look a certain way, I'll practice what I preach and write this block as a letter to a friend (which I hope it ultimately is).
If you're a leader who understands the challenges of isolation and doubt, I want you to know that I have been there. I know how it feels to be a leader on the outside but to have insecurities, demons, and self-judgment on the inside. The truth is, I founded PRDX because I needed the same accountability, community, and inspiration that we provide for other entrepreneurial leaders (and still do!)
The work we do at PRDX is what I needed to break free from trying to live up to society’s definition of successful leadership and learn to find a much more profound success in my own authentic leadership. For the first several years of my entrepreneurial career, despite experiencing a decent amount of money, fame, love, and startup success on the outside, I felt like I was missing something on the inside. I was trapped in a cycle of isolation, doubt, and validation-seeking that blocked the flow of true inspiration, love, and creation in my life and made everything feel harder than it needed to.
PRDX's curriculum is what I needed to transform my own struggle into flow and find true success in work and life. It is a culmination of over 15 years of my own creative and scientific exploration as an entrepreneur, lover, community-builder, physics geek, and meditation instructor—woven together with cutting-edge research and the hundreds of years of combined experience from the other entrepreneurial leaders in our collective to ensure that it extends beyond my own biases and limitations.
PRDX is a co-creation that is alive and always getting better. We believe the era of one singular leader and one static "right way" is over—and that the new paradigm of Collective Flow that’s emerging is far more powerful. We’re committed to embodying this new paradigm in the way we run our team, design our product, and grow our movement… which means, if you’re thinking about joining, you’ll be jumping into this co-creation alongside me.
I’m excited about that possibility—and about you teaching me a thing or two along the way as we each keep leveling up our flow.
